This listing is for the non-refundable booking retainer. Total session fee is $175. Remaining balance of $125 will be due at the BEGINNING of your session either by cash, check or credit card. Sessions are 25 minutes long and includes the session with 20-25 edited images with printing rights. In case of rain, there's a beautiful barn on location that will also have a simple set up inside. There will be NO reschedules due to weather.
Located two miles east of the McDonald's in Harvey, these sessions will be taking place at Belsolda Farms. With plenty of location spots on the property, we'll have a nice range of backdrops for different lighting situations that often present themselves throughout the day. Because this is a working farm with free range chickens and sometimes sheep, dogs are not permitted on the property.
WHAT TO WEAR
Families are encouraged to coordinate colors. Darker or jewel tones are best. Please stray from bright or neon colors as they leave color casts on skin tones that are impossible to remove.
Colors to wear: navy, plum, mustard, wine red, dark green, dark rusty orange, mauve, grey, dark salmon pink.
Colors to avoid: coral, hot pink, mint, literally ANY bright colors.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RETAINER IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID. SHOULD THESE SESSIONS NEED TO BE CANCELLED, THE RETAINER MAY BE USED TOWARDS EITHER A FULL FAMILY SESSION OR ANOTHER BATCH OF FAMILY MINI SESSIONS. PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE OK WITH THIS *BEFORE* BOOKING. As always, my turn around time for gallery delivery is 4-6 weeks from the date of the session.
CANCELLATION POLICY: This booking retainer is non-refundable with a cancellation within 72 hours of the session date. Should a cancellation be before 72 hours of the session date, the retainer may be refunded upon filling of the canceled slot. This retainer is non-transferable. By booking this session, you are agreeing to these terms.
