Policies

This booking retainer is to secure your session.

GALLERY TURN AROUND TIME: 4-6 weeks from the date of the session or the date of final payment, whichever comes last.

PAYMENT: Retainers due upon receipt and layaway payments due on specified due date. Layaway payments made after due date will incur a $15 late fee.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, the retainers paid are non-refundable. Retainers are transferable once if a date change is necessary. Seventy two hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated. If refunds are given for any reason, the Client will be unable to book any kind of session both mini and full in the future.

WEATHER: If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather,
Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Any amount paid for a gift certificate is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash value.

Nicole Murphy does not guarantee that any shot that you've previously seen can be recreated at the time of your session. Due to contributing factors beyond the control of Nicole Murphy, including but not limited to weather, moods of the children, moods of the adults, etc. Nicole is not held responsible for any specific photos not taken because of any of those factors.
